Neem 5 was 6. Lowered to reduce bitterness.
Lavender 30 was 26. Boosted to offset metallic taste caused by raising thyme and oregano.
Thyme and Oregano both 13 were 12. Boosted to further fight plaque by reducing actinomyces bacteria.
Atlas Cedarwood 18 was 17. Added to also help reduce metallic taste and also prevent tooth looseness. Since this reduces campylobacter (also ginger, tagetes, and patchouli do as well) that causes tooth looseness, it may cause tooth uncomfortability caused by h pylori which grows when campy is absent. Things that help against h pylori are mastic and carrot and myrrh and coconut oil.
Juniper berry 25 was 23, boosted to help prevent tongue twitching due to tetanus bacteria, but oregano and thyme also probably help control it.

Use 1 gallon ziploc bag to combine ingredients.
Take all the vitamins and minerals and amino’s and foaming (mix together in bag) then add 60g Nano Hydroxyapatite Peroxide and mix in bag. This should seem like it is becoming a little moist, like brown sugar (this is the peroxide reacting and creating water which helps emulsification which requires oil, water, and saponifiers). Take 60g of base (last) and mix in bag, mix. Finally pour oil blend into this and mix minimally. Next grind this mix in commercial grinder. Add another 20g base if desired to dry it out and grind again. Add this to ziplock with rest (920g) of base. Seal and shake the bag around to finish combining.
